Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR)

Description :
HNBR is a synthetic rubber that is produced by partially Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR). This process improves the material's heat and chemical resistance, while maintaining NBR's good mechanical properties.

Advantages :
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber has excellent resistance to H2S, CO2, methane, diesel, amine corrosion inhibitors, steam and acids, Good Ozone and weather resistance, High Tensile Strength

Applications :
Automotive, Oil & Gas Industry - drill pipe guards, plugs, valve seals, and pump pistons, power cable sheaths, rotating hoses and other rubber parts. It also has excellent corrosion resistance to fuel oil and is widely used in automotive fuel hoses.
